I was asked to recreate the Front Row Events bumper that gets shown in Cineplex theatres before the trailers that are often better than the movies they are trailering.
I decided this should all take place in outer space. Just to be clear, I did not go into space and shoot the logo. This was created entirely here on earth in my brain and on my computer via an Adobe CC workflow in Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Audition and Premiere. The 3d logo was created and modelled Photoshop, exported as an obj, imported into AE and basically animated with Element 3D. A 5.1 mix was done in Audition. It’s got lots of booms, swooshes and bangs… all packed into 9 seconds. Then I did it again, in French. Bam.

This was a series I was involved with in 2010. This is the intro I shot and cut as we spent a couple of days roaming Pearson Airport looking like we were going somewhere and then going nowhere downtown. It was all kinds of fun.
